Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Reflective Strategy Ltd is a public relations and strategic communications consultancy. While our operations are small and focused within the UK, we recognise our responsibility to uphold the principles of dignity, fairness, and freedom in all areas of our work.

Our commitment

Reflective Strategy is committed to the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. We are an equal opportunities organisation and strive to ensure a respectful, lawful, and safe working environment for anyone we engage with.

We will not work with individuals or organisations who are knowingly involved in slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking.

Our business and supply chain

Given the nature of our work, strategic advice, communication, and consultancy, our risk of exposure to modern slavery is low. Our supply chain is limited, and we procure goods and services from a small number of trusted UK-based providers.

We take care to ensure that any third-party contractors or suppliers align with legal and ethical standards.

Going forward

As the business grows, we will continue to review our internal policies and supplier relationships to ensure that our commitment to human rights remains active, not just stated.

This statement was approved by Joseph Clarke of Reflective Strategy Ltd on 18 June 2025. It will be reviewed annually.
