Reflective Strategy is a public relations and advisory firm rooted in depth psychology.

 We help people and organisations find a voice that is authentic and grounded, one that can hold complexity, build trust, and truly resonate.

Our approach blends strategic communications with a deep understanding of what drives people consciously and unconsciously. We ask the right questions to uncover meaning, motive, and message.

We understand the value of polish, timing, and presentation however our work is built on deeper ground: clear thinking, careful listening, and messages that are emotionally honest and reputationally durable.

What We Give Back

We believe clarity is a public good. That’s why we publish our core guides freely to help others access serious, useful thinking, even if they can’t bring us in.

And it’s why we give a portion of our income to a local charity supporting young people’s mental health. It reflects who we are and what we believe communication is ultimately for.

Having worked for more than a decade in politics, campaigns, and leadership, I came to see that the power of communication lies less in polish and more in helping people uncover the truth of what they want to say. 

This work is about helping people get to that truth with care, with structure, and with enough clarity to carry it forward. We bring strategy, insight, and calm where they’re most needed."
