Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 30 June 2025

At Reflective Strategy, we believe accessibility is more than a tick-box exercise. It’s about making sure information is genuinely understandable, in plain English, without unnecessary jargon, and in formats that respect people’s time, attention, and diverse ways of engaging.

We aim to make our website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability, device, or context.

That includes:

  • Using clear, readable language

  • Ensuring good contrast and font legibility

  • Designing for mobile and assistive technologies

  • Minimising clutter and distraction

  • Writing with care so that ideas are accessible, not just the layout

We recognise that accessibility isn’t static — it’s something we’re continually learning about and improving.

Our Commitments

We are committed to making accessibility a lived principle, not just a compliance label. That includes:

  • Writing content in plain English, avoiding unnecessary jargon

  • Structuring our website for easy navigation and screen-reader compatibility

  • Ensuring social media posts, where possible, include accurate and meaningful alt text

  • Considering accessibility when choosing images, colour schemes, and layout

  • Making documents and downloads as readable and simple as possible
